Dr. Imran Nawaz is a Senior Consultant General Surgeon with extensive experience in both routine and complex surgical care, including minimally invasive procedures and surgical oncology. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1982 and began his surgical training at Singapore General Hospital, rotating through general surgery, orthopedics, and cardiothoracic surgery. After completing basic surgical training, he was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow in 1987. He subsequently served at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, progressing from Registrar to Senior Registrar and Consultant Surgeon, and also contributed to medical education as a Clinical Tutor at NUS. In 1990, he was awarded the Singapore Government Higher Manpower Development Scholarship in General and Vascular Surgery, completing advanced fellowship training at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. In 1995, he entered private practice as a Senior Consultant in General Surgery. His clinical expertise includes general surgical procedures such as hernia repair, hemorrhoid treatment, appendectomies, and gallstone surgery, as well as minimally invasive surgery and cancer surgery involving the colon, rectum, stomach, thyroid, and breast. He has also contributed to trauma training as Course Director of the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) programme and has served in senior leadership roles within the Singapore Armed Forces Medical Services.

Grace Kusumawidjaja

Dr Grace Kusumawidjaja is a radiation oncologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospitals and Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore. Her clinical interests are in breast and neuro-oncology. She has experience in various radiation treatment techniques including stereotactic radiosurgery and proton therapy. Dr Kusumawidjaja graduated from the University of Heidelberg, Germany and did her doctorate in the oncology field from the same university. She was subsequently trained to become a radiation oncologist at National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), where she subspecialised in the treatment of breast cancer, brain metastases from other cancers, brain and spine malignancies, and other central nervous system tumours. She has been practising medicine for more than 15 years. She was previously involved in training visiting oncologists at NCCS. She is currently a member of the Singapore Radiological Society. She has published many of her works in various international journals and presented them at international conferences. Dr Kusumawidjaja has participated in breast cancer awareness events and dialogues, and is committed to raising awareness on breast cancer, as well as the importance of early detection, treatment options and support available for patients.

Lee Kuo Ann

Dr Lee Kuo Ann is a radiation oncologist at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital. He is experienced in treating multiple cancer sites such as head and neck, central nervous system (CNS), prostate, breast, gastrointestinal, lymphoma, sarcoma, lung and paediatric tumours. Dr Lee obtained his medical degree in 1996 from the National University of Singapore. He trained in clinical oncology at the renowned Royal Marsden Hospital in London from 2001 – 2003. Besides his clinical work, Dr Lee is an educator at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Nanyang Polytechnic and has been regularly invited to speak at local and regional conferences, including the Philippine Society of Oncology, the Indonesian Colorectal Conference, the Congress of ASEAN Association of Radiology and the Ho Chi Minh Oncology Conference.
