Who we are
What Medifly does, and how we're different.
Medifly is a medical team. Our doctors are based in Indonesia, and they have one job: make sure you end up with the doctor and hospital that give you the highest chance of success. We have our own team on the ground in Malaysia, inside the hospitals, beside our patients.
We focus on the cases where the stakes are highest: cancer, hearts, spines, fertility. The decisions you only want to make once. That's why doctors, not salespeople, study every case: your reports, your history, what you've been told so far. Then we route you through a partner network of specialists and hospitals we've vetted in person. It's free for you, at the hospital's own price. And when treatment abroad isn't the right call, we say so, and point you back to care at home.

We don't recommend every hospital, and we don't vet by brochure. We fly there, walk the wards, meet the teams, and only partner with the ones that meet our standard.
Our headquarters are in the Park Hyatt building in Menteng, Jakarta: a real office with a door that opens. Our ground team lives in Kuala Lumpur, working inside the hospitals our patients fly to. And when a case calls for it, one of us boards the plane and makes the trip with the patient.

Paid by hospitals, never by patients.
Partner hospitals pay us for the patients we bring them. You pay the hospital's own price, with no markup. You never pay us.

We say no when abroad isn't right.
We have declined patients, and referred them back to local care when treatment abroad wasn't right. Trust is worth more than a booking.
