China spans thousands of kilometres east to west, yet the whole country runs on one time: Beijing time. You never reset your watch between cities.
Pay by phone
Daily life runs on Alipay and WeChat Pay, from taxis to the hospital canteen. International cards can be linked to both before you fly, and we help you set it up.
WhatsApp and Google do not just work
In mainland China, WhatsApp, Google, and Instagram are not reachable out of the box. Family at home still needs to reach you, so we sort this out before departure, not after arrival.
High-speed rail between cities
The high-speed network links the major cities. Shanghai to Beijing takes around four and a half hours, with no airport in between.
Hot water, everywhere
Hospitals, hotels, and stations all have hot-water dispensers. Drinking warm water is an everyday habit there, so your flask will never run empty.
Traditional medicine beside modern medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine runs alongside modern medicine in many hospitals. Our doctors will tell you what the evidence supports for your case, before you decide.

When will China open?
We do not promise a date. A country joins the network when its hospitals and doctors pass our checks, not when a calendar says so. Leave a message and we will tell you the moment the first patients can travel.
Can I get help going to China now?
You can talk to our doctors now, free. They will be honest: if your case is better treated in a destination we already know, that is what they will recommend.
Do Indonesian passport holders need a visa for China?
The rules differ by destination and change over time. So we check the current rule for your passport when you ask, rather than guess from this page. We help prepare the paperwork too.
What about the language?
Mandarin is the main language, and English is uneven outside a hospital's international wing. That is why Indonesian-speaking support is our requirement before opening China, not an add-on.
