Treatment in Bali? We're getting it ready.
Medifly has no partner hospital in Bali today. Tell us your case, and our doctors will say whether waiting for Bali makes sense, or whether a destination that is ready today fits you better.

Where we are right now.
We do not put a hospital on this site from behind a desk. Sanur is close enough for our team to keep going back as the zone opens, meet the doctors, and see the wards for themselves. That is what is happening now, and nothing appears here until it is done.

Rupiah
Currency, the same one already in your pocket
While you wait, useful things to know about Bali.
Not a travel guide. The small things that make a treatment trip easier for a patient and their family.
One campus, not a scattered city
The Sanur Special Economic Zone (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sanur) is the government’s anchor project for medical care at home: hospitals, specialist clinics and rehabilitation placed on one purpose-built site instead of scattered across a city.
No passport, no visa
This is a domestic trip. A KTP and a plane ticket, and you can leave next week if you need to. For a family deciding quickly, that removes most of the paperwork from the decision.
Rupiah, with no exchange rate to watch
Every figure stays in the currency you already budget in. Nothing moves because a rate moved between the estimate and the admission.
Everyone already speaks your language
The thing we have to arrange in every other destination, an Indonesian-speaking companion beside you, is simply how it already works here. You ask your own questions, in your own words.
Recovery within walking distance
The zone puts rehabilitation and recovery stays beside the clinical buildings, on a sheltered east-coast bay that is calm and flat enough to walk while you are still healing.
Your family can actually be there
A domestic flight means the people who matter can come for the surgery and come back for the follow-up, instead of choosing one trip. That changes how a long treatment feels.
What we check before we open a new destination.
The same list we used for Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Bali gets no shortcut.
We stand inside the hospital
Not a brochure, not a website. Our team visits, sees the wards, and meets the international team.
The doctors, one by one
Credentials, experience, and the cases they actually treat. What we cannot verify, we do not recommend.
Indonesian-speaking support
Where the local language is far from ours, this is not a bonus. It is a requirement.
The same price the hospital charges
You pay what the hospital charges, not more. Partner hospitals pay us.
Meanwhile, this is where our doctors send patients today.
A partner network that is already running, with doctors and hospitals we know in person.
Bali may be the shortest journey for your case. It may not be the right one. Tell us your case. Our doctors will say plainly whether waiting for Sanur makes sense, or whether a hospital we already work with should treat you sooner.
How it works

Questions about Bali.
When will Bali open on Medifly?
We do not promise a date. A hospital appears on this site when it has passed our checks, not when a calendar says so. Leave a message and we will tell you the moment the first patients can book.
Can I get help with treatment now?
Yes, and it is free. Tell our doctors your case today. If a hospital we already work with can treat you sooner, that is what they will recommend rather than asking you to wait for Sanur.
Do I need a passport or a visa?
No. Bali is domestic: a KTP and a domestic ticket is the whole travel requirement. That is a large part of why we are watching this zone closely.
Will it cost less than going abroad?
We will not guess at a number. When providers open, our doctors get you a written estimate from the hospital for your own case, the same way we do for Malaysia. What is certain today is that a domestic trip takes the flights, the visa and the currency out of the total.
Why is Medifly watching Sanur?
Because the shortest journey is worth knowing about. We built this service to send patients where their case is treated best. If that turns out to be an hour and fifty minutes from Jakarta, we would rather tell you than sell you a longer flight.
