KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital

Thank you very much for the great hospitality during my stay at KPJ Rawang Hospital. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in Room 530, and overall my experience was excellent. My comments are as follows: 1)Room: Very nice and comfortable. 2Cleanliness: 👍🏻 Very clean and well maintained. 3)Food: This is the part I was most excited about. Compared to my previous stay, the food was different and beautifully presented with decorations. It looked very attractive Special thanks to Total Meal Solution, especially the food service team (Aisal, Ashikin, Amirul, Nasmah, Asri) for their excellent service. Thank you also to Pn. Intan Baizuri for the fast response and clear explanations 4)Nurses: Outstanding service. The nurses were very helpful and always attended promptly whenever needed. 5) Tqsm also to DR Nazli and DR Koh.... 6) Lastly Tqsm Admission Pn Ain. Selalu follow up Once again, thank you to the entire KPJ Rawang team for making my stay anda treatment comfortable and pleasant.

I had a very good experience at KPJ Rawang. I received excellent treatment at the Emergency Department and continued to be under the care of Dr. Hisham for the past three days. He was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain each procedure before the surgery. Dr. Sabri, the anesthesiologist, also approached me politely and clearly explained the process in the operating theatre. Overall, it was a great experience for me as a first-time inpatient. Highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience at KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital during my laparoscopic surgery. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Prema for her professionalism, clear explanations, and excellent surgical care, which made me feel confident and well looked after throughout the process. My appreciation also goes to Dr. Kamal, the anaesthetist, for his reassuring manner and smooth management before and during the surgery. The nursing staff were attentive, caring, and always ready to assist, which greatly contributed to my comfort and recovery. I would also like to compliment the hospital food, which was surprisingly good, delicious and well presented. Special thanks to Chef Hafiz and Mr. Remee for the effort and care put into the meals. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and services provided and would highly recommend KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital.

I’m really thankful to my doctor, Dr Nazli Zainuddin, ENT SPECIALIST for taking such good care of me throughout my tonsillectomy and deviated septum surgery. From the first consultation to the surgery day and the follow-ups after, everything was handled with so much care and patience. The doctor took time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made me feel calm and confident about the whole process. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-surgery care made my recovery much more comfortable than I expected. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown at every stage. I would like to highly recommend Dr. Nazli from the ENT Department. My first visit with him was in 2021, and even then the care I received was excellent. In 2025, I returned for my second visit and underwent my second surgery under his care. From the very first consultation until the final follow-up, everything went smoothly. Dr. Nazli is very professional, calm, reassuring, and always takes time to explain clearly. The entire process was well managed and gave me great confidence throughout. I am truly grateful and thankful for his care.
