KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital

Went to KPJ Penang for an MRI and had a very positive experience. The staff treated me kindly and professionally, even though there were some issues with my insurance company. The doctor on duty, Dr. Lim Ming Yong, was excellent. He explained everything in detail, patiently attended to all of my questions, and made sure I clearly understood my condition. He also took the time to advise me on further treatment options and future assessments, which really helped me feel more confident and reassured about the next steps. I’d also like to compliment his staff, Miss Umi, who was very nice, professional, and supportive. She assisted me throughout the process and gave helpful advice when I faced problems with the insurance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate the care, clarity, and professionalism shown by the team.

He is very dedicated, humble, and attentive, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel calm and reassured. Mum who is 76 years old , had ROSA robotic left total knee replacement surgery . Dr Teh Hak Lian was the Surgeon and Dr Kumar were the Anaesthetist . Mum was already able to walk 4 and half hours post surgery . Pain was remarkably minimal for such a major surgery . Impeccable professionalism . The best part was the human touch , which was heart melting both from the professional and smiling nurses in lavender ward and the attendants. Thank you team Arthroplasty KPJ specialist Penang. Mrs. Catherine - the customer service is super supportive. The hospitality and cares are unquestionnable. All nurses and staff is very friendly and helpful during my admission especially team from Dahlia ward. Jasamu dikenang 🥳 Dr. Amirozi and Mrs Afifah from the ENT specialist clinic also is superb. Healing me from the moment i enter tge clinic.. Very warm welcome and supportive. KPJ had always been my 1st choice of hospital to get treatment for myself and my family.
