I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at SMCP Ward 7B, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the entire team. From the moment I was admitted until discharge, the level of care, compassion, and professionalism was simply outstanding. A special thank you to Dr Goon for being so attentive and reassuring — it really gave me peace of mind throughout my treatment. The nurses and PCAs in Ward 7B are absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient, and always ready to help with a smile. Their gentle care and comforting words made a huge difference during my stay. They didn’t just do their job — they truly cared. I also want to appreciate the housekeeping team for keeping everything so clean and pleasant, the physiotherapy team for their encouragement, the pharmacy team for being efficient and helpful, and the Emergency Department staff for their prompt care. A big shout-out as well to the food service team (Daniel and team) — always friendly and cheerful, which really brightened my days. I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay at Sunway Medical Centre Penang. The nurses at Ward 5B were exceptionally attentive, caring, and professional throughout my recovery. They were always prompt in responding and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. A special thank you to Dr. Leow, my orthopedic ankle surgeon, who was highly attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. His expertise and clear explanations gave me great confidence in my treatment and recovery process. I’m also very grateful to the rehab team from the rehabilitation department — Aerween, Yean Yee, Alia, Ema, Yun, Bell, Tham, KY, Mal, Intan, OT Huda, OT Didi, OT Izzati, Yana, Shamala, and Aina. Every one of them was supportive, patient, and dedicated, making my rehab session both effective and encouraging. Overall, I truly appreciate the excellent care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality medical care.

Had a really good experience for medical check up in Sunway Medical Center Penang. This is the first time for me to do medical check up here. The agent is really helpful to advise before. The service is very professional. From the registration, doctor, nurses everyone are patient and supportive. And the process is quick. We come at 7.30an and finish at 11.30. I can do all check directly. Will come back again here next year. Thank you Sunway Medical Center team. Keep up the amazing work and service.

Had a quick and efficient checkup here, the nurses are all gentle so it’s not as scary. Dr. Ooi Poh Siang was my consulting doctor, it was a thorough analysis, and he also gave a key summary and recommendations on steps to take which i quite liked. Also thank you Komala for providing friendly service at the counter, keep up the good work!

I had a great experience during my health screening. Dr. Esha was very professional, patient, and explained the results clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed. Nurse Saras was also very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She handled the procedures gently and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the service was efficient and the staff were caring and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for health screening 👍
