I had an exceptionally reassuring experience with Dr Azlan from orthopedics. He was incredibly attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and validated every worry I brought forward. Prior to meeting him, I visited other orthopedic specialists in several private hospitals where my concerns were dismissed, and further examination was outright refused. Dr Azlan took the time to check my condition thoroughly, and it was because of his diligence that I discovered the severity of my leg injury. Without him, I would not have known it was serious enough to require immediate surgery. I eventually had my surgery with Dr Azlan, and Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. The entire process was handled professionally, with clear explanations and careful consultation. What stood out most was his genuine care. He doesn’t just consult, he listens, advises profoundly, and ensures you fully understand your situation. A huge commendation as well for his assistant, Nabiha, who has been nothing short of wonderful. She was consistently kind, responsive, and extremely helpful in handling all my enquiries. Her warmth and professionalism complemented the entire experience perfectly. Truly made me feel very comfortable every time Im there. I genuinely believe patients deserve to be heard, especially when it comes to serious health concerns and this team embodies that wholeheartedly. A definite thumbs up, and someone I will confidently recommend to anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor. 🌟

I had a truly wonderful experience at DSH2, and I feel compelled to leave this review to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt well-managed, welcoming, and organised, which already set a positive tone for the entire experience. What truly stood out, however, was the food service and management, which was handled exceptionally well. The meals were consistently well-prepared, timely, and thoughtfully served. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort goes into ensuring quality, cleanliness, and smooth operations, even during busy periods. This level of professionalism makes a huge difference and does not go unnoticed. I would like to give special thanks to Azrul and Hafizal for their outstanding service. Both of them demonstrated incredible dedication, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout. They were always polite, approachable, and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that everyone was well taken care of. Their positive attitude and strong teamwork truly elevated the overall experience and reflect very well on DSH2. It’s rare to come across service staff who are not only good at their jobs but also genuinely committed to providing the best possible experience, and Azrul and Hafizal definitely exemplify that. Their efforts made a meaningful impact and deserve recognition. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at DSH2 and would highly recommend it to others. I had my surgery here and the experience was amazing. The facilities are modern and the technology they use is impressive. Dr. Azlyna and the nursing team made me feel very safe. Food was also great, not like typical hospital food!

Best hospital experience so far. From the valet service to the discharge, everything was efficient. The 'Smart Hospital' concept really shows in how they manage patients. Very high-tech and clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent service at the Women & Children centre. The nurses were so patient with my child. The room was spacious and felt very premium. Worth every penny for the comfort and care provided.
