Preparation

- Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours before the DEXA scan for accurate body composition measurement
- Remove all metal jewellery and wear minimal clothing without metal fasteners for the DEXA scan
- Complete a 3-day food diary using the provided template before Dietitian Session 1 to enable a personalised baseline dietary assessment
