This package covers one IVF cycle, defined as egg retrieval and one fresh embryo transfer; a second transfer from the same retrieval requires a separate frozen embryo transfer package
The package price includes ICSI for all retrieved oocytes; assisted hatching is included if clinically indicated
There is no guarantee of a specific number of eggs, embryos, or a positive pregnancy outcome
If no eggs are retrieved or no embryos develop to blastocyst stage, the egg retrieval and laboratory fees are non-refundable
Embryo freezing of surplus blastocysts is available at SGD 800 per year storage fee, charged separately

What to Expect
- Pre-cycle consultation (in-person or telemedicine): fertility workup review and personalised stimulation protocol planning
- Cycle Day 2 baseline ultrasound and hormone assessment to confirm readiness to commence stimulation
- Daily self-administered gonadotropin injections for approximately 10 to 12 days with telemedicine or in-person monitoring
- Trigger injection administered approximately 36 hours before the scheduled egg retrieval
- Egg retrieval under sedation in our Day Surgery suite — procedure takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes
Preparation
- Arrive in Singapore at least 2 to 3 days before the anticipated trigger injection date to complete in-person monitoring scans
- Ensure all pre-cycle investigations (AMH, AFC, semen analysis, and female partner baseline bloods) are completed before the cycle starts
- Begin folic acid supplementation (400 mcg daily) at least 3 months before the egg retrieval date
- Refrain from smoking and excessive alcohol consumption for at least 3 months before the cycle
- Maintain a healthy BMI — obesity (BMI > 30) and underweight (BMI < 18.5) both adversely affect IVF outcomes
