I had an outstanding experience at the Dental Centre in Sunway Medical Centre. From start to finish, the professionalism and care provided by the entire team were second to none. Dr. Michael Ong Ah Hup is a phenomenal clinician. His expertise is matched by his calm and patient demeanor; he took the time to explain every detail of my treatment, ensuring I felt completely at ease and informed. His precision and bedside manner are truly top-tier. The nursing staff, Nurse Bhanu and Nurse Mariah, were incredibly attentive and efficient. They worked seamlessly alongside the doctor, constantly checking on my comfort and making the clinical environment feel warm and supportive. Finally, a special mention to Norfizan at the reception desk eye center .She made the registration and scheduling process smooth and stress-free. Her welcoming attitude and organized approach set a positive tone for the entire visit. If you are looking for world-class dental care with a personal, compassionate touch, I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

I am very impressed with all the nursing, medical and non nursing staff in ward 8F, Tower E. Everyone was polite and caring. The room was spacious and new.However the mattress too soft especially if the patients has backache problems. Could be better if added mini bar fridge in the room. Housekeeping and staff servicing the food very polite and courteous. Dr Saw( orthopaedic surgeon) and Dr Lutfi ( anesthesiologist). Well done team.

Sunway Medical Centre provides a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which made my experience reassuring and relaxing. The food is delicious and well-prepared, and the medical staff are truly excellent — professional, caring, and attentive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of care and service provided. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Gan Tong Nee (ENT Surgeon) for her outstanding professionalism and surgical skills. The surgery went extremely smoothly, and I experienced no pain at all after the operation. It was truly amazing, and I am very grateful for her excellent care. I would like to sincerely praise the staff of Tower C - 6C Ward. They are incredibly gentle, patient, caring, and friendly. Their kindness and attentiveness made a difficult time much more comforting. I truly appreciate their dedication and compassion.

Always a pleaaure (or pain actually) to visit 🤣🤣 . ER lobby is quick, <5min wait. Doctors are friendly and open minded, and provide exceptional care profesionally. Similarly, logistics and accomodations are handled quickly and the area is clean and well-furnished. Lots of amenities and services are provided for staying-back close ones too, along with a multitude of restaurants and covienience stores at the lobby. Shared amenities like patient fridges and free water refillers offered too. Overall a great medical experience, albeit on the higher end of prices. ❤️

This place doesn’t feel like a hospital at all — more like a 5-star hotel. The lobby has live piano music and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Everything is clean, bright, and well-organized. The staff are professional and friendly, and the overall environment makes the whole experience much more comfortable. Truly one of the best hospital environments I’ve ever visited.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the doctors and nurses who took such great care of my daughter. A special thank you to Nurse Alia and Nurse Nisha from Ward 6D, as well as Dr Betty and the nurses in the Emergency Department on Saturday morning. Nurse Alia did an excellent job gently removing the cannula from my daughter’s hand without making her cry — it truly meant a lot to us as parents. Dr Betty was also very skilled and managed to cannulate her successfully on the first attempt. We are also very grateful to Dr Ong, who was extremely friendly and provided a clear and reassuring explanation about my daughter’s condition. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness, and compassionate care. It is deeply appreciated.
