went to IJN yesterday and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and so caring. I’d like to especially thanks Datin Noormazah,Dr Azlan,staff Nurse Hafiza,Registration staff Batrisya and Ayman for their kindness and patience ..they truly made me feel at ease. I also loved how the team started the morning with light exercises while waiting for the 10 am appointments…such a positive and healthy atmosphere! Thank you IJN for the excellent care and warm service. 💖

Paid a visit to my dad-in-law and to discharge him after a routine check-up requiring a small procedure overnight. Top-class facility which serves civil servants and private payimg patients. Very courteous service, well-maintained facility, with a relatively manageable patient load - in comparison with other government facilities. Doctors here are professional, dedicated to their work and honest. Our honorable PM, Dato Seri Anwar officiates IJN's college's status to a university college in Nov'25 - here's wishing Management and Staff, every best!

While my family and I were in India, we were incredibly worried when my father was admitted to IJN Malaysia for chest pain. I traveled from India to look after him, but upon arrival, he told me that the hospital staff had already taken wonderful care of him. We are so grateful for the exceptional treatment and kindness he received.

On behalf of my family, I would like to express our deepest appreciation to the entire team at Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown throughout my father’s treatment. From the very beginning of our journey here, the doctors, nurses, and all supporting staff have demonstrated exceptional dedication and humanity in caring for my father. The calm reassurance, patience, and kindness shown by the medical team have given great comfort not only to him, but also to our entire family during this very challenging time. We truly understand that my father’s condition has become very critical and complicated. Despite this, we are sincerely grateful that the doctors continued to do their very best to explore possible options and ways to help him. Knowing that the medical team has put in their utmost effort means a great deal to us. As a family, we deeply appreciate every attempt, every effort, and every moment of care that has been given to my father. We understand that sometimes there are limits beyond human control, and what matters most to us is that the doctors and medical team have tried their very best. Whatever the outcome may be, we accept it with gratitude and respect for the incredible work and dedication shown by the entire IJN team. Once again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and unwavering commitment in caring for my father. Your efforts mean more to our family than words can truly express.

Mengantar saudara untuk medical check up jantung disini. Dilayani dengan baik. Ada lounge untuk internasional pasien. Ada penjemputan dan pengantaran juga ke bandara. Dalam1hari hasil sudah bisa keluar. Pagi check up ,siang sudah bisa konsultasi hasil dengan dokternya.

This is my third visit to Institut Jantung Negara (National Heart Institute) this year, and my second time coming here to see a relative who was admitted. The hospital is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place for patients and visitors alike. Accessibility is also convenient, with shops and food outlets located nearby, making it easier for families to get what they need without going far. Overall, IJN continues to leave a good impression on me.
