Nice experience at the johor specialist health screening. Especially the doctor Shafizah is a Pro doctor to consult on the health condition. I have experience the premium lounge and good environment. Must come and experience it.

My brother was admitted to this hospital and I was the one taking care of him throughout his stay. I would like to sincerely thank the hospital for the excellent care and support given to us. The facilities were very clean, comfortable and well maintained which made our stay much easier during a difficult time. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly to us. The nurses were very caring, patient and always attentive to my brother's needs. All the staff were friendly, respectful and willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Their kindness and dedication truly gave us comfort and confidence. The hospital provides very good service and hospitality. All the staff members were very helpful and personally contacted the person in charge to help guide me to the right room. My mother recently visited KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital for a medical check-up, and our family was very pleased with the service provided, especially at the NICL counter. She had to undergo both ECG and echo procedures, and I would like to highlight the excellent service from one of the staff members, Rahimah. Rahimah was exceptionally efficient in handling multiple tasks — registering patients, performing the ECG, and assisting during the echo procedure with the male staff. She explained every step clearly and made sure my mother felt comfortable throughout the process. Her warm, friendly, and professional attitude truly stood out. We also appreciate the attentive and exclusive service from all the customer service staff, who were courteous, experienced, and very supportive.
