Established in 2011, the centre focuses on assisted reproductive technology (ART), reproductive medicine, reproductive genetics, and comprehensive fertility care. It is part of Alpha IVF Group Berhad, a regional fertility group serving patients from Malaysia and international markets.
The centre provides a broad range of fertility treatments and reproductive services, including in-vitro fertilisation (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), intrauterine insemination (IUI), ovulation induction, fertility assessments, and fertility preservation. Patients can also access egg, sperm and embryo freezing, egg donation, and selected fertility procedures for male infertility. Women's health and gynaecological services are available alongside fertility care.
Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists has a strong focus on reproductive genetics and advanced embryology. Its services include Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies (PGT-A), Monogenic Diseases (PGT-M), Structural Rearrangements (PGT-SR), and HLA typing. We had a wonderful experience at Alpha IVF Centre throughout our IVF journey. A special thank you to Dr. Navdeep. He is very patient, kind and takes time to explain everything clearly during every consultation. Before even meeting him, I had already been following his educational posts and videos on Instagram. Even though he is a very busy doctor, he still makes the effort to share knowledge online. Many times I actually found answers to my questions through his videos, which was very helpful and reassuring. During our consultation, he also took the time to carefully go through the notes and medical history that I had personally recorded over the years, and suggested the most suitable plan for us. That really meant a lot to us. The nurses and embryology team were also amazing — always patient, responsive and very supportive throughout the process. IVF can be an emotional journey, but the encouragement and care from Dr. Navdeep and the whole team helped ease a lot of my anxiety and stress. Thanks to the amazing nurses, especially Ms.Thila & Ms.Ker Sin, for their care, patience and quick responses whenever we had questions. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend Dr. Navdeep and Alpha IVF Centre to any couple going through their fertility journey.

Our journey with Alpha IVF and Dr Leong has been long, emotional, and deeply meaningful from Oct 2024. From the very beginning, Dr Leong supported me every step of the way — from diagnosing and removing polyps, guiding us through IVF with PGT-A, to finally delivering our baby boy via C-section. Our baby boy was a mosaic embryo, which naturally came with many worries and uncertainties. Dr Leong explained everything patiently and guided us carefully through the decision-making process. To ensure our baby’s well-being, Dr Leong also arranged and personally followed up on the amniocentesis. This gave us much-needed reassurance during a very stressful period. Throughout this journey, the Alpha IVF team consistently showed genuine care, encouragement, and compassion at every check-up. We never felt alone. Their professionalism combined with heartfelt support made a challenging IVF journey feel hopeful and supported. We are deeply grateful to Dr Leong, and the entire Alpha IVF team for walking this journey with us and taking such good care of both mother and baby. Sending lots of baby dust to everyone who is hoping to become parents in the near future ✨👶💛.
