Dr.,. Dr. Lee Chee Kean 李志坚医生

Dr. Lee Chee Kean is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with extensive expertise in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery. His clinical interests include the treatment of spinal disorders, orthopaedic trauma, and corrective surgery for spinal deformities such as scoliosis. Dr. Lee obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Malaya in 2004. He later earned Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCS) after completing both Part I and Part II examinations. He subsequently completed his Master of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Malaya in 2012. To further specialize in spine surgery, Dr. Lee underwent fellowship training in spine surgery at the University of Malaya and later at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital in South Korea, a leading centre for advanced spine procedures. His clinical expertise includes endoscopic spine surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, endoscopic decompression and discectomy, as well as endoscopic-assisted transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF). He also manages spinal trauma and performs corrective surgery for spinal deformities including scoliosis. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lee has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications in journals such as the Malaysian Orthopaedic Journal. He is actively involved in orthopaedic education and professional societies and serves as part of the AO Trauma teaching faculty.
