Dr. Hafizan Mohd Tajri

Dr. Hafizan graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 1996 and returned to serve in Hospital Kuala Terengganu and later Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He graduated as a general surgeon in 2004 and completed vascular surgery training in 2008. He served in the public sector until 2021, covering various public hospitals in Malaysia providing vascular surgical services. He is a trainer in the National Vascular Surgery fellowship programme and has been involved in developing National Clinical Practice Guidelines. He is well versed in performing vascular surgery procedures both in operative and endovascular methods, and is experienced in arteriovenous fistula (AVF) management for haemodialysis patients.
