Feeding Clinic - Initial Comprehensive Assessment

This package is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase; any unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited.

A referral and confirmation of medical stability from a doctor or recognised healthcare provider are required before starting therapy.

Therapy plans may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued if deemed clinically necessary by the attending doctor.

Any medication, medical procedures, consultations, and additional treatments or instrumental assessment (e.g., Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing - FEES) are not included in this package and non-refundable once initiated.

This package is non-transferable and non-refundable once initiated.
