Dr Marianne De Roza is a gastroenterologist at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore. Her subspeciality is in liver disease. She is a fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore and the Royal College of Physicians, UK. Her research interests include fatty liver, palliation in liver disease, liver cirrhosis and its complications. She has participated in several multi-centre research collaborations with competitive grant support. Besides her clinical work, Dr De Roza was an assistant professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and a clinical lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. She was also the site director, core faculty and clinical competency committee member for the SingHealth gastroenterology senior residency programme. Dr De Roza is a recipient of the You Sparkle! awards, You Shine Award and the Singapore Health Quality Service awards.
