Dr Woo Bit Hwa is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Thomson Women's Clinics in Punggol and Tiong Bahru. He provides comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care for women across all stages of life, with extensive experience in managing pregnancy, common gynaecological disorders, and minimally invasive surgery. His patient-centred approach emphasizes evidence-based treatment, clear communication, and individualized care to support women's reproductive health and overall well-being. Dr Woo has extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, menopause, and menstrual disorders. He is highly experienced in minimally invasive (keyhole) gynaecological surgery and is accredited to perform both medical and surgical termination of pregnancy in accordance with Singapore's legal and clinical guidelines. In obstetrics, he has significant experience managing high-risk pregnancies and pregnancies complicated by antenatally diagnosed fetal birth defects, providing comprehensive care from pregnancy through delivery. Dr Woo graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore before obtaining postgraduate qualifications including Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
