Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aminudin Rahman Mohd Mydin is a highly experienced Consultant Clinical and Radiation Oncologist with extensive international training and expertise in modern cancer treatment. He graduated from the University of Malaya in 1999 and completed postgraduate oncology training in Ireland before obtaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) in Clinical Oncology in 2006. He subsequently pursued advanced clinical research and radiation oncology fellowship training in Canada, where he gained specialised expertise in IMRT, IGRT, breast radiotherapy, prostate brachytherapy, and advanced radiation techniques. Dr. Aminudin has been actively involved in international clinical trials including EORTC, ICORG, RTOG, and NCI Canada research studies involving prostate, lung, breast, and oesophageal cancers. His clinical interests include radiation oncology, medical oncology, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and palliative care. He manages a wide range of cancers including breast, colorectal, head and neck, gynaecological, genitourinary cancers, CNS tumours, lymphomas, and sarcomas. Dr. Aminudin is committed to delivering personalised and evidence-based oncology care using advanced treatment technologies to optimise patient outcomes and quality of life.
