Dr. Victor Keng

Dr. Victor Keng is an experienced Colorectal Surgeon with expertise in minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal conditions, particularly rectal cancer. His clinical practice focuses on advanced procedures such as colonic stenting and endorectal ultrasound, which support precise diagnosis and effective management of colorectal diseases. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 and began his surgical training in General Surgery in 1992 after completing national service. In 1995, he obtained his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He subsequently pursued advanced training in colorectal surgery at Singapore General Hospital, refining his expertise in this subspecialty. In 1998, Dr. Keng further enhanced his surgical skills by training under Professor John Monson, a leading laparoscopic colorectal surgeon, at the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Consultant at Changi General Hospital. Dr. Keng is also actively involved in community and social initiatives, including supporting the deaf community in Singapore through sign language interpretation.
