Dr. Teo Yee Sze

Dr. Teo Yee Sze is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in adult reconstructive and trauma surgery. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical care and improving patient mobility and outcomes through advanced orthopaedic techniques. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Teo served as a Consultant at Changi General Hospital (CGH), where he played a key role in establishing and expanding the Adult Reconstructive Division. His work involved managing complex joint conditions and trauma cases, contributing significantly to patient care services. Dr. Teo graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He completed his postgraduate orthopaedic training and became a Member and later a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He also obtained his Master of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery from NUS. He further advanced his expertise through the Health Manpower Development Programme (HMDP), undertaking fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive and Trauma Surgery at the Rorabeck Bourne Joint Replacement Clinic, University of Western Ontario, Canada. There, he gained extensive experience in complex primary and revision joint replacement surgeries. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Teo is actively involved in research and education. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and participated in multicenter clinical trials. He also contributes to medical education as a Clinical Tutor and Adjunct Assistant Professor, mentoring future generations of doctors and surgeons.
