Dr. Tabitha Mok

Dr. Tabitha Mok is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical experience in general adult psychiatry, adolescent mental health, perinatal psychiatry, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Trained in Australia, she developed extensive expertise in holistic psychiatric care, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to supporting individuals and families through emotional and mental health challenges. Since returning to Singapore in 2020, Dr. Mok has held several leadership positions at Changi General Hospital, including Director of the Adolescent Psychiatry Service, where she oversaw clinical governance and managed complex adolescent psychiatric cases. She also led the Youth Outreach Program, supporting students with mental health challenges in reintegrating into educational settings while enhancing schools’ understanding of youth mental health. In addition, she served as Associate Program Director of the National Psychiatry Residency Program, mentoring junior doctors and shaping psychiatric education in Singapore. Dr. Mok has experience working within multidisciplinary gender dysphoria teams and supporting National Service Full-time (NSF) servicemen with tailored psychiatric care. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia and completed specialist psychiatric training with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). Upon returning to Singapore, she became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS). Beyond clinical work, she is actively involved in medical education and parenting support initiatives, including as an accredited facilitator of the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program.
