Dr. Soon Sue Rene 孙淑玲医生

Dr. Soon Sue Rene is a Senior Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon and Medical Director of SOON Adult Child ENT Specialist Clinic. She has subspecialty expertise in pediatric ENT, sinus disorders, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Dr. Soon is among the few ENT surgeons in Singapore with dual certified fellowship training in both pediatric and adult ENT. Her extensive experience enables her to manage a wide range of ENT conditions across all age groups, including allergic rhinitis, rhino-sinusitis, adeno-tonsillar hypertrophy, obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid disorders, and laryngeal conditions. Prior to private practice, Dr. Soon served as Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Department of ENT – Head and Neck Surgery at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Visiting Consultant to the Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Singapore, and Head of Division of Otorhinolaryngology at Asian Healthcare Specialists. She is recognised for her expertise in minimally invasive snoring and OSA surgery and has served as a teaching faculty member for fellow surgeons both locally and internationally. Dr. Soon obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and Master of Medicine in Otolaryngology from the National University of Singapore. She later completed subspecialty clinical training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Stollery Children’s Hospital in Canada and advanced fellowship training in Adult Snoring, Sleep Disordered Breathing Surgery, Transoral Robotic Surgery, and Advanced Surgical Head and Neck Oncology in Italy under the Health Manpower Development Plan scholarship. Dr. Soon is also actively involved in education, research, and volunteer work, with multiple publications, award-winning presentations, and textbook contributions in ENT.
