Dr. Lewis Liew 刘俊豪医生

Dr. Lewis Liew is an experienced Urologist with expertise in the screening, prevention, and treatment of urological conditions affecting both men and women across all age groups. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, in 1992, and later earned his surgical fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1997. Dr. Liew completed advanced urological training at the National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore, and achieved specialist accreditation in urology in 2002. During his tenure at NUH as a Consultant Urologist, he established a laparoscopic service within the Department of Urology, contributing to the advancement of minimally invasive surgical techniques. He further enhanced his expertise as a Clinical Fellow at St. James's University Hospital in Leeds, United Kingdom, where he trained in endourology and laparoscopy under the mentorship of Dr. Adrian Joyce. In 2006, Dr. Liew expanded his capabilities with robotic surgery training, gaining experience in the Da Vinci robotic surgical system. His clinical interests include bladder cancer, kidney cancer, kidney stones, prostate cancer, hernia surgery, and kidney transplantation. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Liew is actively involved in professional organizations and medical education, serving as Treasurer of the Singapore Urological Association and contributing to research through publications and lectures at scientific meetings.
