Dr. Lee Fang Jann

Dr. Lee Fang Jann is a highly experienced Urology and Renal Transplant Surgeon with a subspecialty focus on men’s health, male subfertility, and minimally invasive kidney and prostate surgeries. He has over 16 years of experience in the public healthcare sector prior to entering private practice. Dr. Lee previously served as Director of the Andrology and Male Subfertility Services at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), where he also led the Renal Transplant Programme and Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy Service as Surgical Director. He was later appointed to the Ministry of Health’s advisory committee on transplantation and continues to contribute as a Visiting Consultant to both SGH and National University Hospital. Dr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore. He completed his specialist training in Urology at SGH and was awarded the Health Manpower Development Award by the Ministry of Health. He subsequently pursued a clinical fellowship in pancreas and renal transplantation at the Oxford Transplant Centre in the United Kingdom under Professor Peter Friend. Driven by his interest in advanced minimally invasive techniques, he further trained in laparoscopic and robotic surgery in the United States, France, and India. He is also a Fellow of the International College of Robotic Surgeons. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Lee is actively involved in teaching and academic medicine, having served as Senior Clinical Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and currently as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He frequently participates in regional and international lectures, workshops, and surgical demonstrations.
