Dr. Lee Chin Li 李进利医生

Dr. Lee Chin Li is a highly experienced general surgeon specialising in hepatobiliary and pancreatic (HPB) surgery, with a strong focus on liver and pancreas cancer management. He is skilled in performing complex minimally invasive (keyhole) surgeries involving the liver, pancreas, and bile ducts, as well as advanced pancreatic and liver procedures. In addition to complex cancer surgeries, his clinical practice includes treatment of skin lumps, abscesses, haemorrhoids, hernias, and performing endoscopy and colonic surgery. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Lee was the founding Head of the Division of Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery and Consultant General Surgeon at Jurong Health Campus under the National University Health System (NUHS). He played a key role in developing comprehensive general surgical and specialised HPB services. Dr. Lee actively keeps abreast of the latest surgical advancements by visiting leading centres of excellence in Taiwan, Korea, and Japan, collaborating with internationally renowned experts. He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and completed both his basic and advanced surgical training in Singapore. He obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland), as well as a Master of Medicine (Surgery) from the National University of Singapore. He was later accredited as a specialist after attaining Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Lee is actively involved in medical education as a Clinical Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and serves as an examiner for MBBS examinations. He has received multiple teaching awards in recognition of his contributions to medical education.
