Dr. Lawrence Khoo 邱斯维医生

Dr. Lawrence Khoo is a consultant dermatologist with extensive experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1989 and completed his postgraduate training in internal medicine, obtaining his Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), United Kingdom in 1993. He subsequently underwent specialist dermatology training from 1994 to 1997. In 1998, Dr. Khoo was awarded a scholarship to further his training in photobiology, phototherapy, and laser surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. During his time there, he also worked at the Wellman Laboratories, known for pioneering advanced light-based and laser technologies used in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Prior to establishing his private practice at Dermatology Associates in 2005, Dr. Khoo served as a Senior Consultant at the National Skin Centre, where he managed psoriasis, photodermatology, and phototherapy clinics. He also played a key role in developing subspecialty services and educational programmes for both healthcare professionals and the public. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Khoo has been actively involved in medical education as a clinical tutor in dermatology at the National University of Singapore, as well as in dermatology research. His main clinical interests include psoriasis management, phototherapy, and aesthetic and laser dermatological procedures.
