Dr. Emily Ho Chui Ling 何翠玲医生

Dr. Emily Ho is a Psychiatrist who graduated with her basic medical degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She pursued her interest in the complexity of the human mind and completed her postgraduate specialist training in Psychiatry, obtaining a Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) in Singapore. She currently practises at Mind Care Clinic at Farrer Park Hospital, where she provides psychiatric care in a private and patient-centred setting focused on comfort, privacy, and reassurance throughout the treatment journey. Dr. Ho is trained across a broad range of psychiatric subspecialties and has experience managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, stress-related conditions, medical psychiatry cases, and women’s mental health across youth, adult, and elderly populations. Her primary clinical focus is geriatric psychiatry, particularly the management of dementia and mood disorders in elderly patients. She also advocates for proactive ageing and mental wellness planning, including guidance on legal and care planning such as Lasting Power of Attorney. Dr. Ho has extensive clinical experience in the National University Hospital (NUH) and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), where she served as Director of Clinical Services at NUH. In this role, she was actively involved in quality improvement initiatives and enhancing patient care standards.
