Dr. Choo Su Pin 朱舒嫔医生

Dr. Choo Su Pin is a senior medical oncologist specializing in gastrointestinal cancers, including colorectal, upper gastrointestinal, pancreatic, hepatobiliary, peritoneal, and anal cancers. She has over 20 years of clinical and academic experience in oncology, with a strong focus on translational research, clinical trials, and immuno-oncology. \n\nPrior to private practice, Dr. Choo held senior leadership positions at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), where she served as Deputy Head of the Division of Medical Oncology and Chief of the Gastrointestinal Cancer Department. She was also Co-Director of the Comprehensive Liver Cancer Clinic and a key driver in establishing the Experimental Cancer Therapeutics Unit, which focuses on early-phase drug development and oncology trials. She currently continues as a Visiting Consultant at NCCS. \n\nDr. Choo graduated from the University of Nottingham Medical School, UK, and completed her specialist training in medical oncology at NCCS. She holds fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. She further enhanced her expertise through a research fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she worked on clinical trials in gastrointestinal cancers and laboratory research in neuroendocrine tumours. She is actively involved in regional and international oncology societies and has served as President of the Singapore Society of Oncology.
