Dr. Chew Chuan Tieh 周传悌医生

Dr. Chew Chuan Tieh is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgeon with extensive experience in otolaryngology and head and neck cancer surgery. He currently serves as a Visiting Consultant at the Department of Otolaryngology at Changi General Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and Alexandra Hospital. He is also an International Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. Prior to private practice, he was the Head and Senior Consultant of the Department of Otolaryngology at Singapore General Hospital. He also held academic roles as a part-time lecturer at both the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry at the National University of Singapore. Dr. Chew has held numerous leadership and advisory positions, including roles with the Ministry of Health Singapore, National Cancer Centre Singapore, Health Sciences Authority, and various expert panels related to ENT surgery and head and neck oncology. He is also a founding member of the Singapore “New Voice Club” supporting laryngectomy patients and has served as President of the Singapore Society of Otorhinolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the University of Singapore in 1976 and obtained fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow in 1981, as well as Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 1985. He underwent advanced ENT and head & neck cancer surgical training in Edinburgh, Scotland, and at Stanford University Medical Centre, USA.
