Dr. Aileen Seah 佘爱玲医生

Dr. Aileen Seah is a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon specializing in colorectal and pelvic floor disorders. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1995 and obtained her fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2001. She completed advanced surgical training at the National University Hospital and became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, as well as an accredited Specialist in General Surgery in 2005. She was awarded the Human Manpower Development Programme scholarship in 2003 and underwent a matched residency programme accredited by the US Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. She further completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship at the University of Minnesota in 2004, becoming the first American-trained female colorectal surgeon in Singapore. Dr. Seah has also trained under Professor Hironori Yamamoto, gaining expertise in double balloon enteroscopy for small bowel disorders. She has extensive experience managing colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders, and anorectal conditions. She previously served as Director of the Pelvic Floor Centre at the National University Health System.
