Dr. Paranyu Vilai is a consultant orthopedic hand and microsurgeon at Bangpakok 9 International Hospital's Orthopedic Center. He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of hand, wrist, elbow, and peripheral nerve disorders, providing advanced reconstructive procedures to restore function and mobility of the upper extremities. His expertise includes hand, wrist, and elbow surgery, wrist arthroscopy, brachial plexus surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, microsurgery, traumatic hand surgery, trigger finger surgery, carpal tunnel release, nerve and small vessel repair, soft tissue coverage, and complex hand reconstruction. He utilizes modern microsurgical techniques to achieve optimal functional recovery for patients with traumatic injuries and nerve disorders. Dr. Paranyu received his Doctor of Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Srinakharinwirot University and pursued a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at Lerdsin Hospital.
