This eight-week programme is designed for people who want structured support to lose weight through a medically supervised very low-calorie diet. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals who will guide you through the process and monitor your progress throughout. The programme includes an initial review with a consultant and eight sessions with a dietitian who will provide personalized guidance and adjustments as needed. You'll receive 168 sachets of VLCD meal replacements—enough for the full eight weeks—along with a guidebook to help you understand and follow the programme.
