Dr Chia performs complex pelvic surgeries, such as open, laparoscopic (keyhole) and robotic surgeries. She performed the first laparoscopic radical hysterectomy in Singapore in 2011. Dr Chia completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the National University of Singapore.
