Sukumar Nadesan

Dr. Sukumar Nadesan is a Consultant General Surgeon at Tawakkal Specialist Hospital with extensive experience in general surgery and gastrointestinal-related conditions. He has been practicing since 1990 and is registered with the National Specialist Register Malaysia as a General Surgeon. He specializes in abdominal surgery, breast surgery, thyroid surgery, gastrointestinal procedures, and endoscopic evaluation. Dr. Sukumar is also experienced in managing digestive system disorders and providing surgical care for both elective and emergency cases. Dr. Sukumar obtained his MBBS from the University of Mangalore, India, and later completed his Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Known for his patient-centered approach and long-standing surgical experience, he provides comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, surgical treatment, and follow-up care for local and international patients in Kuala Lumpur.
