He completed Sub-specialty Training in Colorectal Surgery in the United Kingdom in 2003, Advanced Training in Laparoscopic and Radical Colorectal Oncologic Surgery in Japan in 2005, and the SGH Regional Colorectal Fellowship Program at Singapore General Hospital in 2006. In addition, he is a Certified Medical Impairment Assessor (CMIA). Dr. Foo is experienced in managing colorectal cancers, bowel disorders, hemorrhoids, and other colorectal conditions using evidence-based surgical techniques aimed at improving patient outcomes and recovery.
