Dr. Divakaran has extensive experience in fetal medicine, including fetal anomaly scans during the first trimester and at 18–20 weeks, as well as advanced 3D and 4D obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound imaging. He is skilled in prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villous sampling, and cordocentesis, in addition to therapeutic fetal procedures including amnioinfusion, amnioreduction, fetal thoracocentesis, fetal vesicocentesis, and intrauterine blood transfusion for rhesus isoimmunization. His clinical expertise also includes the management of high-risk pregnancies complicated by maternal medical disorders and advanced laparoscopic gynaecological surgery, including total laparoscopic hysterectomy, laparoscopic myomectomy, and laparoscopic cystectomy.
