Dr. Charlotte Jane Joseph

Dr. Charlotte Jane Joseph is a Consultant General and Developmental Paediatrician with more than 20 years of experience supporting children with developmental, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental conditions. She specialises in the assessment and management of developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning difficulties, behavioural concerns, and complex neurodisabilities. Her clinical practice focuses on early identification, comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment, and family-centred intervention strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs. Dr. Charlotte completed subspecialty training in Developmental Paediatrics in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, including fellowship training under the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH), UK. She is also a certified provider for internationally recognised developmental and autism assessment tools including ADOS, Griffiths III, Bayley, PEERS®, and the 3DiR approach for autism intervention. Known for her compassionate and child-focused approach, Dr. Charlotte is actively involved in advocacy, ethics review, research, and multidisciplinary developmental care initiatives in Malaysia.
