Asst. Prof. Dr. Siam Khajarern

Asst. Prof. Dr. Siam Khajarern is a specialist in Surgery with subspecialty expertise in Cardiothoracic and Thoracic Surgery. He earned his Medical Doctor degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in 1999. He completed training in General Surgery (2002–2005) and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery (2002–2007) at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. He received his Thai Board Diploma in Cardiothoracic Surgery in 2007. His clinical expertise focuses on advanced cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive cardiac surgery, valve surgery, aortic surgery, and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). He has extensive international training in robotic and minimally invasive cardiac surgery, including programs in Korea, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Taiwan, Germany, and Belgium. He is part of the Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgical Unit at Ramathibodi Hospital, Bangkok, where he provides advanced surgical care for complex heart and thoracic conditions. He is fluent in Thai and English and is highly experienced in both conventional and minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgical techniques.
