UCSI Hospital

First time visited this hospital due to my mother having surgery here. Environment: 5/5 Nice and peaceful environment with lots of greenery. Very calming. However, it can be quite dark at night, especially around the car park area. Cleanliness: 5/5 Very clean and tidy. Service: 5/5 Very nice, friendly, and professional staff — from the security guards to the nurses and Prof. Dr Jamali. All were very helpful and reassuring. Price: 5/5 Seriously affordable compared to other private hospitals. UCSI Hospital won’t disappoint you if you need surgery or outpatient treatment without insurance. Their charges are reasonable and generous.

had a very good experience at UCSI. The cleaning services were excellent, especially Mrs. Rinitha Abraham, the housekeeping. She is very friendly, kind, and does her job extremely well. The room was always very clean, and I was highly satisfied with her service. I am also very thankful to the doctors who treated me, especially Dr. Jaya and Dr. Ramani. They treated me very well and provided excellent care. I am very satisfied with their treatment and kindness. I would also like to specially thank Dr. Balan, the respiratory physiotherapist. I had an asthma attack, and his treatment and care were excellent. He is very skilled, supportive, and professional. I really liked his treatment, and it helped me a lot. Overall, the hospital service is very good, professional, and pleasant. I had a great experience and truly appreciate the care and support.

Had a great session with therapist Ms Ann at T&CM. She does her work with so much heart and is very professional. Really satisfied with the service. Will definitely come again for another session! 🩷

I came for follow-up treatment at UCSI Hospital and also had the chance to enjoy a meal at the UCSI Hospital Café. I was impressed with the delicious chicken chop and the friendly service from the staff. Congratulations to the chef and the whole team — behind every tasty dish, there must be a great chef.
