We had a wonderful experience with Dr Matthew (paediatric) at Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu. The doctor was very patient, gentle, and thorough in explaining everything about my child’s condition. The nurses were friendly and made sure my little one felt comfortable throughout the visit.

My child has been admitted twice under Dr. Fauziah and has had several follow-up visits at her clinic. I’m really satisfied with the care and service provided. Dr. Fauziah is gentle, thorough, and always takes time to explain everything clearly. The clinic staff are friendly and efficient, and the clinic environment is very comfortable and child-friendly. Every visit gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands. Highly recommended for parents looking for a professional and caring paediatrician!

What truly made the experience exceptional was the dedication of the staff nurses and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs). The staff nurses demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clinical competence, and attentiveness. They were always prompt in responding, clear in their explanations, and ensured that care was delivered safely and efficiently. Equally commendable were the PCAs, who provided invaluable support with compassion and kindness. Their gentle approach, patience, and willingness to assist with daily needs created a sense of comfort and dignity throughout the stay. Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Chia is the Chief Operating Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu, where he oversees the hospital's day-to-day operations, performance delivery and execution priorities. Kevin was part of Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu's pioneer team in 2015, where he played a key role in setting up the hospital's financial systems and establishing Finance SOPs. He later expanded his contribution beyond finance, working closely with the CEO on operational and strategic planning. His experience spans financial management, process improvement and hospital operations, and he has helped streamline billing workflows, improve cash flow, and support digital adoption through the launch of the MyHealth360 platform.
