I had my physiotherapy sessions at KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital after my ACL surgery, and I’m truly grateful for the amazing physio team there. A special and heartfelt thank you to Nurul Aqilah, my main physiotherapist. She has been very special in my recovery journey. She guided me not only after surgery but also during my pre-surgery preparation. Her encouragement, patience, and professional care helped me stay motivated throughout the process. Thanks to her dedication, I have made great progress and now I’m able to jog again! I also want to thank Azri, Rabiatul, Izzati, and Julaiha for their continuous support and guidance during my physiotherapy sessions. They were always professional, friendly, and supportive, making every session comfortable and encouraging. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the physiotherapy services at KPJ Tawakkal. Highly recommended for anyone going through ACL recovery or other rehabilitation needs. Thank you again to the wonderful team!

My mother Warded at Carnation Surgical Ward. We had such a comforting experience here, and I’m truly grateful for the amazing hospitality. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, seen, and cared for. Every nurse and support staff member treated me with genuine kindness and patience. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. They didn’t just do their job — they took the time to listen, explain, and reassure. After being in Carnation Ward last year and the HDU and Lavender Ward this year, Im amazed by how fast and efficient the HDU team is. Excellent service! Although I had different staff helping me this year, Im grateful to be under the care of the same wonderful doctors. Thank you Dr. Patricia, Dr. Arif, Dr. Ismaliza, Dr. Tengku, and Dr. Shahrina for helping me get well, and to the maternity staff Lavender Ward specially and Carnation for being so thoughtful. The doctors were great at explaining my treatment and worked so hard for my recovery. The facilities are top-notch and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Also, a shoutout to Mr. Arif and Mr. Faiz from (Emergency Department) for their skill and efficiency in performing blood draws. They have been consistently excellent from last year until now. Hi. First of all i would like to say thank you to all of the KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital staff especially to Dr Dahlia and all the staff at the Lavender Ward during the time my wife was warded there. They have been taking good care of my wife when she was warded at the hospital. All the service is great and efficient. Even after my wife was discharge they still contacting my wife asking for an update and following up with her. We are so grateful to all the staff for giving a great service during our time was there. We highly recommend this hospital to those who want to have a great service.

Dr. Halimah has been an excellent pediatrician for my son. She is attentive, patient, and always takes the time to explain things clearly, which gives us great confidence and peace of mind as parents. She genuinely cares about my son’s well-being and development, remembers details from previous visits, and never makes us feel rushed. Her calm and reassuring approach makes every visit comfortable. I would also like to commend her assistant, who is friendly, caring, and very efficient. She helps make each visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We are truly grateful to have Dr. Halimah and her team caring for our son, and I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a pediatrician who truly cares.

From Monday night, I stayed at this KPJ Tawakkal hospital in Ward 833-2, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and care shown by all the staff. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. Dr Hisham and nurses explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The environment was clean and well-managed, and I truly appreciate the excellent service provided. I was also so impressed with beautiful KL view from my ward, both in the morning and at night — it really made my recovery feel more peaceful and pleasant. Their healthy meals were also so satisfying and delicious, which made my stay even better. Thank you for your outstanding care and dedication!
