To minimize congestion, admissions are processed at 21 counters, and there is a separate counter for bill settlement after discharge. The facility also features a spacious free parking area, along with a VIP premium parking area available for just RM 15. Inside, you’ll find a mini Western café and a grocery shop, as well as an ATM machine for those who prefer not to use online payment methods. Additionally, free charging stations and a complimentary cool drink are available every day.
