Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my mother received during her hospitalization at Raffles Hospital. From the moment she was admitted until her discharge, every member of the medical team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and dedication. A special thank you to Dr. Andrew Fong Wei Liang, whose expertise, patience, and clear explanations gave our family great confidence throughout her treatment. He took the time to answer our questions, ensured my mother received the best possible care, and always treated her with kindness and respect. We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and the entire healthcare team. Their attentiveness, warmth, and tireless efforts made my mother's stay as comfortable as possible and provided reassurance to our family during a difficult time. Raffles Hospital - Singapore It’s a very nice and modern hospital. I came here for a minor check up. When I entered the lobby, it was nice and clean. They have a friendly, Valet-Like person in white clothes that can help you navigate through this hospital. I took the escalator to the second floor and waited in que, to sign up to be in que. About 30 minutes later when I was ready to put my information on the iPad, a friendly and helpful nurse let me know I was in wrong Que line. 🤭🙈 She assisted me to the right room. The Que line didn’t exist here. I signed up and set down in comfortable chairs to wait to see a doctor. Overall good service and I would come back, should I have any future medical needs.

Had to visit Raffles Hospital recently. The facility is super modern and clean. Staff were professional, though the wait at A&E can be a bit long sometimes. It’s conveniently located near Bugis MRT, which is a plus. Overall, a reliable place for medical care in the city. Good experience!

My stay at Raffles Hospital was an experience I will always be grateful for. Although undergoing surgery can be frightening, every single person I met made me feel safe, cared for, and supported from beginning to end. To all the nurses who looked after me during my stay, I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness, patience, and genuine concern meant more than words can express. Whether it was checking on me regularly, helping me manage my pain, offering words of encouragement, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, you made a difficult time so much easier to get through. Your compassion made me feel not just like a patient, but like a person who was truly cared for. To RN Kiranjit, RN Yong Pei Chin, RN Mini, RN XiaoHan, RN Nan Pyone Cho, RN Prarl, and RN Alicia of Ward 8D O&G, thank you so much for being so careful and helpful to me during my stay. From assisting me to pass urine using bedpans to being so gentle and patient assisting me going to the bathroom. Your genuine care, I can truly feel. I also want to thank Nurse Althea and Nurse Jen Jen from Operating Theatre who gave me so much reassuring words and touches while bringing me from my room to the OT. You tried your best to ease my fearful heart. I really appreciate you both. To Nurse Mary, thank you for patiently ushering me in a wheelchair from my room down to the lobby. Though I could hear you panting while pushing my wheelchair, you still showed that you care. And of course to Nurse Tan of 8D O&G, special shout out to you for being so loving to me while attending to all my needs from the time you received me from the OT when I was still groggy. You were so patient and gave me such motherly care. I felt so safe having you around and I am so thankful that you were on duty when I was discharged because I got to see you and say bye to you personally. Another special shout out to Anaesthetist Nurse JC (not sure if correct spelling) of the Operating Theatre, a big thank you for being so caring while I was waiting to be operated on. Thank you for all your encouraging words and for allowing me to go through all my emotions. Thank you for understanding my fear and for believing that I could do it. I was so thankful that your voice was the last one I heard before anaesthesia knocked me down. Thank you to all operating nurses who assisted during my actual surgery, I appreciate you all. To may anaesthetist, Doctor Roy, thank you for being so patient with me. Thank you for choosing the smallest needle to use for my anaesthetics. To Doctor Upu Jazlan, I did not get the chance to meet you but thank you because I know you were one of the reasons why my surgery was succesful. To Doctor Carmen Gan who performed my operation, thank you for your incredible skill, professionalism, and compassion. You took the time to explain everything clearly, patiently answered my questions, and gave me the confidence that I was in the best possible hands. I truly appreciate the care and dedication you showed throughout my treatment. Thank you to the entire team at Raffles Hospital for your exceptional care and unwavering dedication. You turned what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming experience into one filled with comfort, reassurance, and hope. I left the hospital feeling not only physically better but also deeply touched by the kindness and professionalism of everyone who cared for me. I personally had a great experience at Raffles Hospital and I generally don't write public reviews but this experience compells me to give praise where it's due. Right from the A&E which promptly understood my concerns and have me first treatment and further advice to the nursing staff who took care till the specialist doctor was available next morning, everyone was genuinely caring and trying to help and not dismissive of my concerns. They treated my questions with patience even though it is their field of expertise and I was just a patient. The surgery scheduling, preparation and execution was thoroughly professional. I don't have a benchmark since it's my first hospitalisation experience but I would definitely come again for any medical needs and recommend to those who can afford. Special mention of Dr. Kaushal who gave me detailed explanations, always pausing to see if I have any questions and making me feel secure in expert hands. Nurses Sarah and Jomar and the rest whose name I didn't catch in the night shift were all like family taking care of me. Lastly, Nanyang Polytechnic (interns?) nurses who while following senior nurses tried their best to help out with small things like blankets and charge my phone since I came as emergency and without any prep.

Had an amazing health screening experience at raffles hospital today! Registration was very smooth and staff was very friendly and patient describing the package to me. Doctor was very meticulous as well and special shout out to thom, the senior staff nurse that took my blood. Very good technique and friendly. Made the whole experience very enjoyable. Easiest blood test of my life. Please give me commendations to all the staff working during the morning shift on 6 of June.
