Dr Leo's experience has extended to the completion of her two intensive clinical fellowships in the United States, one being a fellowship at the University of Michigan and W.K Kellogg Eye Centre in Ann Harbour (under the tutelage of Prof Monte Del Monte and Steven Archer, followed by a stint with Dr Kenneth Wright in the Wright Centre for Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus in Los Angeles.
