Dr. Shafira Dato' Dr. Mohamad Sha is a highly experienced Consultant Physician and Nephrologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine and kidney disease management. She practices at KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital and KPJ Kuala Selangor Specialist Hospital, where she provides comprehensive nephrology and adult medical care. Dr. Shafira obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2005 before completing her Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine at the National University of Malaysia in 2012. She also earned Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom and later became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. Her areas of expertise include chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, hypertension, dialysis care, and electrolyte disorders. She is experienced in overseeing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment while also managing a wide range of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions.
